I haven't watched Oprah yet, so I will most likely post about that tomorrow. Ok so I have been having these outrageous cravings for chocolate at 9pm. Its ridiculous. It doesn't matter what type of chocolate it is.. I will eat it., So funny enough when my craving hit again tonight I reached for a half apple and some peanut butter, it did the trick.. and its good for me. It satisfied my craving and not only that I didnt have to have a lot of it.

I will def be having a spoonful of PB instead of chocolate if the craving hits again,

Oh good idea! I always have the taste for ice cream. And we buy the low-fat stuff, but I still know it's not good for me.

So, I started replacing ice cream for vanilla yogurt or some fruit - strawberries, oranges, peaches.

And peanut butter is SO yummy! I love how it tastes good and is good for you.

I love love peanut butter. Tonight at around 9:45 I had a craving for chocolate, it doesn't help that there's chocolate still around from Christmas. But I went and got a celery stick and a spooonful of peanut butter and consider me satisfied.

Vanilla yogurt with strawberries sounds really good.

I also got a tip from a lady at the WW meeting. She said theres these healthy choice fudgesicles that are really good. They are good choco and already made the right portion. Next time I am looking for those.
